Regolamento
1. The reservation request can be send by a simple e-mail or by telephone.
2. It is required to send a deposit of 20% on the price agreed at time of booking, as a confirmation of booking. The sending of the deposit by the client-tenant is in itself valid contractual acceptance of this Regulation. A similar value has the receipt and acceptance of the deposit by the proprietor of the bed and breakfast.
3. The minimum rental period is one night, the stay can be started on any day of the week.
4. On arrival at B&B, the documents of recognition (passport or identity card) will be delivered and the guest will pick up the keys for the outside gate, the main door and the assigned room.
5. The balance of the reservation will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
6. If the customer is forced to cancel the booking it will apply the following rules:
- By letter ten days before the date of arrival the deposit will be returned retaining only the postage and banking.
- With three days notice before date of arrival the deposit will not be returned.
7. If the owner of B&B was forced to cancel your reservation, you will be informed immediately, if possible, i twill be proposed an alternative. In the event of a cancellation by the holder thereof any deposit already paid will be refunded.
8. The bed and breakfast is not responsible for items of value that will be left unattended in the room.
9. The room cleaning and linen change is done every 3 days, the changing of sheets every week.
10. If the client or his guests damage to housing or its contents, the customer will be held responsible for that damage. The related costs will be charged to the customer at the time of departure.
11. In anycase it to people exceeding the number set to the reservation, if not agreed, we reserve the right to refuse entry to accommodation if this condition is not observed.
12. No smoking inside the B&B, you can do outdoors.
13. Cooking has never permitted, even if it is possible to eat ready meals.
14. The products consumed by the fridge should be reported in the morning.
15. Breakfast is available from 7.30am to 9:00am, any requirements can be agreed.
16. Rooms are available from 4:00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
